I recently received an email from Doggie Days Boutique Founder Steve, inquiring about a product review of their treats.
I had first heard of Doggie Days Boutique about a month ago when I entered a giveaway for a $50 gift certificate for their store on MyDogLikes… I remembered liking their selection, AND, above all, their MISSION!
Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post ~ K9sOverCoffee received one box of Healthy Dogma Duck Recipe Barkers from Doggie Days Boutique in return for an honest review. Here on K9sOverCoffee, I only share information I feel is relevant to my readers & always provide 100% honest reviews. Doggie Days Boutique is not responsible for the content of this blog post.
Doggie Days Boutique
Doggie Days Boutique Founder Steve always had a passion for animals ~ after adopting his Boston Terrier Tux, he found himself overwhelmed with the variety of dog products available and frustrated with the differing quality.
He felt the strong desire to launch a pet boutique featuring ONLY high quality dog & cat products ~ which is exactly what Doggie Days Boutique stands for!
Steve began searching for unique and durable products along with healthier food and snack options, and currently works with these 10 brands:
Lazy Dog Cookies
Healthy Dogma Grain & Gluten-Free Duck Barkers
Missy & Buzz got to taste-test the Healthy Dogma Duck Barkers. All Healthy Dogma products are made here in the United States (in Michigan) with all-natural ingredients all sourced in the USA.
You will never find any toxic chemicals or residues in any Barkers recipe! They also DO NOT contain any corn, wheat, soy, and gluten.
Side note: Gluten is what’s left over in grains such as wheat, barley, and rye.
It’s essentially an inferior, plant-based protein concentrate that certain dog food companies use to mark up the protein content of their food. You’ll never find gluten in a high-quality dog food or treat!
The Duck Barkers are a healthy, bone-shaped dog cookie available in an 8 oz container for $7.95 (28 cookies).
They also come in several other flavors besides the Duck kind the pups tried: Bison, Jamaican Bacon, Hawaiian Chicken, Coconut, Banana, Peanut Butter, Sweet Potato, Salmon Flavor, Pumpkin Ginger Flavor, Pizza Flavor (made with Parmesan Cheese…I was curious about that one!!).

Duck Barkers...For Good Dogs Only!
I don’t like to just hand out doggie treats, but ask the pups to perform a certain behavior & then reward them with a tasty treat.
The Duck Barkers were welcome training treats, and Missy & Buzz gladly lied down, sat, and barked for them 🙂
