24 Strong Vets Who Endorse Raw Dog Food

24 vets who endorse raw dog food, anyone?!

As a raw feeder, I know that it can be challenging to have that “what does your dog eat” discussion with traditional vets.

“Yes, I know you don’t approve, and no, I won’t switch back to kibble.”

So whenever I get a chance to tune into holistic or integrative vets who endorse raw dog food, I do a little happy dance.

Thankfully, there are more and more veterinarians who are advocating for this natural and biologically appropriate way of feeding our pets.

And not just in their physical offices, but online as well!

I just love it.

These veterinarians support raw feeding because they know it can lead to improved overall health and well-being for dogs (and cats as well), including:

  1. Improved coat and skin health
  2. Increased energy levels and vitality
  3. Reduced risk of allergies and sensitivities
  4. Enhanced digestion and nutrient absorption
  5. Cleaner teeth, fresher breath & the absence of “dog smell”

I mean, they actually SEE hundreds and hundreds of doggie patients whose health drastically improves on a fresh food diet, so how can traditional vets argue that it’s bad?

Ugh. Beats me.

The vet in the picture below is veterinary homeopath Dr. Loops with my pup Missy.

Buy anyways, please enjoy the list of the vets who endorse raw dog food below. Most are from the US, but there’s also a few vets from abroad, including Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and Canada.

I also included lots of links to YouTube videos, mostly of Dr. Karen Becker interviewing fellow holistic or integrative vets. They’re around 30 minutes each and super interesting.

Obviously, it’s not feasible to watch them all in one setting, but just bookmark the blog post and watch them as you have time. I watched a few a day and oh my – so much value!

Also, please feel free to share it with your traditional vet who’s opposed to species-appropriate, raw dog food!

Check out his input on cryosurgery which freezes cancerous tumors. Then it dies and the body starts to reject it.

I wish this approach would have been tried on my late pup Missy when she had a cancerous tumor. Instead, it was removed the traditional way, and unfortunately it came back 3 years later.

Missy died in April of 2018, and I miss her every single day.
